Substance Use Disorder Treatment
Clinical care and a day with a shape to it — for the substance that took over, and the 2 a.m. hours a weekly meeting can’t cover.

Substance Use Disorder Treatment
We address cravings, routines, relationships, and the emotional weight that often travels with substance use. Treatment is structured enough to feel safe, and human enough to feel hopeful. You’re not reduced to a substance or a worst day — you’re met as a person trying to rebuild a life that works.
Substance use disorder can tangle with stress, trauma history, isolation, and patterns that once helped you cope. We don’t ignore those layers. We help you name them, practice new responses, and build days that aren’t organized around getting through to the next use.
How Healing Looks
Recovery here is not a performance of constant motivation. It’s showing up, telling the truth when you can, and having people beside you when the day feels heavier than your plan.

Safe relationships and clear expectations that help you show up for yourself again — even after trust has been strained at home or at work.

Space to tell the truth without being reduced to your worst day or talked over by shame.

Practical tools and support as part of the recovery program.
In treatment and after
You may arrive here having already done something hard: a detox, a program somewhere else, months of scattered meetings, or a long stretch of white-knuckling it alone at 2 a.m. If that is your history, none of it was wasted. It tells us which supports were missing — and missing support is a fixable problem in a way that "not wanting it enough" never was.
You might still be making it to work. You might be calling after a relapse you swore would not happen again. You might be a parent who has run out of ways to keep someone safe. Or this might be the first time you have ever typed the word treatment into a search bar. The program is the same idea for all four: structure, support, and a plan that accounts for the life you actually have.
A strong recovery plan includes more than insight. You’ll practice return-to-use prevention in concrete ways: recognizing early warning signs, interrupting old loops, asking for help sooner, and rebuilding routines around sleep, meals, movement, and meaningful connection. Those ordinary anchors matter as much as any single counseling session.
We also look at the relationships and environments that shape your risk. That may include family communication, peer influences, work stress, or loneliness after treatment ends. When it’s helpful and appropriate, loved ones can learn how to support without policing — and you can practice setting boundaries that protect your recovery.
If you’ve tried to stop before, that history belongs in the plan. Previous attempts aren’t evidence that you can’t change; they’re clues about what support was missing. We’ll build from what you already know about yourself and fill in the gaps with structure and clinical care.

We’re a Fresno team treating Fresno people, and that shapes how we work. We know what it takes to step away from a job and from family, and we will be straight with you about that before you decide.

Previous attempts belong in the plan rather than counting against you. They show which supports were missing, and admissions can talk through what structured care looks like this time.
